Chicago, 1915. Hardcover. Good. 56 p. 23 cm. 22 b&w illustrations. Blue cloth hardcover with gold impressing. Gold is wearing off a little. Small perforation in front cover marks pages up to p. 14 but does not affect legibility. Ink signature front free endpaper. An occasional spot but generally very clean. Autobiographical memoir tells of Clay's early years in the Borders region of Scotland. Family, work, religion, sports, schooling, etc.
