About This Item
Signed first edition of Siegfried Sassoon's first part of his autobiographical trilogy. Octavo. Original grey and brown marbled cloth, titles to spine gilt on green ground, top edge dyed green. With the silver-flecked dust jacket - chipping at fold ends reinforced with cello tape, moderate fading to spine panel, faint scattered soiling. Internal pages are strikingly clean--a very nice signed copy of the famous English poet of the last century.
