About This Item
Roermond, Holland: A. H. van der Sluys, 1993. First edition. Near fine.. First edition of this book of candid photos sent to the author by skinheads from around Europe and Australia, a scarce record of the movement as it relates to the Oi! and ska music genres. "We want to emphasize that this book is non-political," notes the introduction somewhat optimistically. These personal photos show a variety of skinheads at concerts, out and about, and even playing with their children. Unusual on the market. 8.25'' x 5.75''. Original black and white pictorial wrappers. Illustrated in black and white. 68 pages. Mild bumping to spine ends. Else bright and tight.
