Presented in near fine original box.. 32mo. 2.875 x 4.625 in. 130 pp. Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary, including Litaniae Sanctorum ('Litanies of the Saints'). Black leatherette ('genuine leather morocco grain'), titled in gilt on spine, all edges gilt, with royal blue ribbon marker; endpapers decorated with crosses & floral decorations, and printed with prayers 'ante divinum officium' and at rear 'post divinum officium'. Publisher's box included. With black & white frontispiece of Our Lady. Text in Latin only. A pristine copy of a scarce edition (T-228).
