N. P: New York World's Fair 1964-1965 Corporation, c.1961-1963. Illustrated by "Major Exhibits and attractions in natural color". Presumed first edition. Ed-U-Cards, Unisphere, United States Steel. 2 volumes. Flash cards in box ("10 cents postage in USA, Third Class Mail" with To: and From: blank). cards: 14,5x9cm; box: 15x9,5x1,5cm; 8vo book. pp. 256. Near Fine/Good. Box is rubbed with several soiled stains and has 2-score fold closure with additional "ED-U-CARD" safety tab on each end. Originally there were a pair of smaller tabs which closed first and this box is missing one on each end. The 22 flash cards are in near fine condition (several have a foxed line or spotting near edge) and have English, French and Spanish text on each rear. Set includes: 7-Up Gardens; AMF Monorail; Astral Fountain; Hall of Education; Heliport; House of Good Taste; Tower of Light; and the following Pavilions: American-Israel; Christian Science; Ford; Gas Inc.; G.M. (General Motors); IBM; Johnson's Wax; Kodak; Mormon; NCR (National Cash Register); Sudan; Thailand; Travelers Ins.; United States; Vatican. Guide book has 3 laid in period business cards (Dick P. Fullerton Jr., J. G. Longenecker and H. G. McCoy)..
