Truman was the 33rd President of the United States, serving from 1945 to 1953. In his memoirs, he wrote about his presidency and his interactions with the people he met. This book is a collection of Truman's private papers, which were edited by Robert H. Ferrell. The papers were donated to the Truman Library by Truman's daughter, Margaret, in 1981. The book provides a unique look into Truman's presidency and his thoughts on the issues of the day.; 8vo; 448 pages .
