Chez la Veuve Brocas & Aumont, 1751. Full-Leather. Good. 24mo - over 5 - 5¾" tall. Tome troisième seul. Livres V - VIII Imprimerie de P. Alex Le Prieur (Imprimeur du Roi) 14,5 x 9 cm. 319 pages + [1] errata. Marbled endpapers. Red dyed page edges. Corners and some of the edges of the boards are worn through. Gilt features, title and volume number, and borders on spine marred by disseccation and stress lines, binding remains square, tight and strong despite one gathering pulling a bit. Light foxing to first few and last pages, underlining in the first 15, with vast majority of text in overall fine condition with few spots and faint yellowing. Explanatory footnotes present on every page in French. Latin text on left has verse numbers, French text on right has numbered lines. In-16. Relié plein cuir. Etat d'usage, Coins frottés, couverture cartonnée frottée; motifs dorés sur dos; Tranches rouges; Gardes marbrées. pages illustrées d'ornements en noir et blanc. Ce livre est propre bien qu'un peu jauni, quelques rousseurs éparses.
