USA: Simon and Schuster, 1959. 1st.Amer. edition.. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Folio. Hardcover in original printed slipcase. Profusely illustrated with photo reproductions. Bumped to head of spine resulting in 1/2" detachment of spine end. Blistering inner hinges, black ink small star marking to rear end paper. Rare original unprinted glassine dustwrapper present with some large chips here in there but doing a good job in keeping the covers bright and clean. Slipcase complete with bumped top corner and back-strip open for about 2". General rubbing and wear, nonetheless, a clean, unmarked and square copy.
