Boards have moderate wear; title page has moderate soiling, text block has light foxing and toning. Harper was a U. S. Congressmen out of South Carolina, and it seems that his political stance changed frequently. In this volume his pro-British sentiments and disdain for the French are apparent. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 96 pp .
