This book explains the misdiagnosis of patients by examiners failure to use objective examination methods, and applying labels often based on subjective hearsay information. The dustjacket is in "good - very good" condition; it is intact, but with some creases on the upper & lower spine, and on the upper front. The cover does not have shelfwear. There is a touch of grime on the FEP, and a small sticker may have been lifted from the inside front cover. There is a rubberstamped word "copy" on Pg. 390, underlining of some lines in ink on pg. 307 & a few tiny minimal spots on pgs 182 - 185. Otherwise, the pages are clean crisp, and white.
