Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is loose. Brown gilt-stamped cloth spine with illustrated paper over boards, text block dyed dark pink on all edges, [7], 175 pages, illustrated with several images of the various buildings of Oberlin College. Covers stained, corners and spine ends bumped and worn, end papers toned/stained, text block cracked in a few places, still attached, scribbled marks in red colored pencil on pages 8 &9, not affecting text, a few small stains scattered throughout, text unaffected.
