The Crime Club Ltd., 1935. First British Edition. Hardcover, standard size (i.e. 5-6 by 8-9 inches). Very Good/Good. Used A unique copy. This was the author’s wife’s personal copy, as indicated by her signature on the FFEP.“Mildred S. King / 1935”This is the true first edition and includes a Crime Club membership postcard. Volume has some tanning and sun fading to boards. Dust jacket has chips missing from the spine and flap and has minor rips and creasing along top and bottom.This volume comes from the author’s personal collection and includes a letter of provenance from the author’s grandson.
