Illustrated with Eragny Press woodcut logo device on title page, wood engraving by Gilbert Polliot and the prints on the 11 leaves from the originals, all but two printed from the original blocks, 6 in color, 1 tinted in gold. Bound in blue-titled quarter gray boards over Eragny pattern paper.
