Murray, 1888. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1888. No edition remarks. 341 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth with gilt lettering and embossed design to front board. Pages have mild tanning and foxing throughout. Mild thumb-marking present. Moderate cracking to hinges and gutters, with exposed netting. Notable stain to front pastedown. Pencil inscription to first page. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Heavy scratching and marking to boards. Tape marking over lower spine onto boards. Dark staining to upper edge of rear board. Moderate tanning to spine, which has notable crushing and wear to ends. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Book has forward lean.
