One day Bert Monkey comes to Noddy to drive him to Skittle Town. He had sold a magic rubber which can rub out anything, to Sam Skittle and his Grandma wanted it back. So off they go on a wild-goose chase with Bert's tail annoying Noddy all along. Sam had given the rubber to Harriet Kitten but she has lost it. Then Noddy puts a notice and a Toy Cat tells them to go to Noah's Ark Town where Shem says he has given the rubber to Noddy's neighbour Mr.Tubby. They are back to square one! At Tubby's, they find Master Tubby alone, rubbing out things happily. Noddy grabs the rubber and when tired Bert is nodding, rubs out his tail. Won't Big-Ears laugh when he hears of this adventure!
