Hodder & Stoughton, 1950. 1st Edition. Hardcover. VG. 1st Edition, 1st Impression. 13.5 x 19.6 cm blue cloth with silver monogram to the front and titles to the spine, 317pp (3) publisher's catalogue. Signed and dated by the author to the title page. The boards are very good with pushing to the spine tips and corners and three small 2-3mm splits in the cloth at the head of the spine. Internally, the book has no inscriptions except for the author's dated signature. There is spotting which is concentrated on the prelims and edge of the text block but is also sprinkled throughout book. All in all a scarce Winston Graham 1st Edition, which is even scarcer signed.
