Published as part of a wider complete works. Edward Bulwer-Lytton was an English novelist, poet, playwright and politician. His novels were very popular and coined many well known phrases in the English language. Night and Morning is a part inheritance novel and part mystery narrative featuring a character named Monsieur Favart, a Parisian police chief. In a cloth binding. Externally, smart with bumping and rubbing. Wear to head and tail of spine. Front hinge strained.Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean aside from spotting to frontispiece and engraved title. Very Good
