Publisher's black cloth with rubbed gilt spine label, octavo, pp. 351. Small blind-stamp of a torch being passed near lower edge of front panel. Previous owner name on free front end-paper. Shelf rubs and nicks at spine ends. Board tips light bumping. First edition is stated, but the weight of the book is so light, we suspect a Book Club edition.
