The edges are a little worn and the corners bumped, exposing the boards underneath, but not too bad. Red cloth spine with black paper on the boards. The book is full of beautiful woodblock prints, a really nice collectable for people who love Philadelphia history. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
