Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. with 47 colour photographs by John Markham, B.A. Crouch and others, 34 photographs in black and white and 48 maps and diagrams. Clean and firmly bound, name of former owner written inside with small address sticker. Jacket is price clipped with rubbing along the edges, with some wear on the corners including a tear on the lower front corner. The second printing of an edition first published in 1950.
