London: J And J Knapton , and twelve others, 1729 pp [1] + [2] + [4] + [758] , being the title, dedication, preface and text, unpaginated but collated as complete. The text-block is sound with water staining to the lower corner of the the first twenty or so leaves , small tear (no loss) on title page , signature (old hand) on facing blank . The binding is very worn with the front board and next two (blank) leaves detached. Requires repair or rebinding, priced accordingly
