Hart & Company , 1891 xvii, 608 pp. Fold-out 1763 proclamation opposite title page lightly creased. Fold-out map opposite Chapter 1 has a small closed tear near bottom corner. Some pages still uncut, light tanning to pages. Gilt top edge. Inscribed by author on small plate pasted onto the ffep, "With the compliments [illegible] of the author" Red cloth with gold lettering on spine and front board. Gold insignia on front board. Spine faded. Rear board and spine edge have some staining.
