Author wrote a short Foreword, saying that this volume would be issued after his 80th birthday. A biographical introduction by James McKinley, plus 16 pages of b/w photographs throughout. A 'Index to Titles' at rear. Fabulous edition. 422 pages. Mylar protected jacket.
