Original cloth, signature of J. W. RAE in v.I, a very good set. *GARRISON-MORTON #4614 for the first edition of 1940 - 'Wilson died before this monumental work was completed.... It includes a vast amount of history and hundreds of references.' This edition has a lengthy additional chapter on APHASIA, APRAXIA and AGNOSIA by SIR RUSSELL BRAIN, subjects which had been omitted in the first edition. The chapter on NEUROSYPHILIS has been reviewed with the section on treatment rewritten by DR. NEVIN. It is very scarce in the three volumes.
