About This Item

New York: Dutton, 1969. First edition. 146 pp., 5.75 x 11 inches. Uncorrected proof, in plastic comb binding and printed card covers. Slight sunning to covers and mild rumpling to edges, otherwise very good and internally fine.

A very uncommon state of this collaborative novel, reprinted several times since the original edition. This copy from the library of Joseph Gold, with bookseller Peter Howard’s pencil notation to that effect on the half-title.
