London, United Kingdom: MacMillan and Co., Limited, 1920. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo. 170pp, [2] ads. Blue cloth with bumped corners and spine ends, half-title and rear ad darkened, else clean throughout, with many uncut pages, errata slip tipped-in, dust jacket with light wear around the edges and little chips at the corners, with a faint tape mark to the middle of the spine. Inscribed by the author on the title-page, with a 4 line poem, and a circular presentation stamp just to the right of the publisher's information.
