About This Item

New York: Henry Holt and Company, 1997. This Stated First Edition (and, unless it's stated, it's not) is in Fine condition with a Fine dust jacket. The price-unclipped dust jacket shows only light shelf wear. I've placed it into an archival Brodart protective sleeve. From the dust jacket: "Naturalizing is the practice of situating plants in parts of the garden where, with little maintenance, they will permanently flourish: flowering and multiplying copiously or simply holding their own with complementary plants." The book includes numerous color photographs and charts for specific bulbs to naturalize. The book is bound in deep green paper-covered boards with die-stamped gilt spine titles. The book measures 7 1/2 by 9 3/8 inches and includes 241 pages with Index.. Stated First Edition. Hard Cover. Fine/Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
