About This Item

Two volumes bound in one complete with 18 foldout maps. Pagination is as follows: Part I pp. 132 [129-142 repeated] then continues from 133-168. Part II pp. 54-55 are misnumbered 55-54, while pp. 86-87 is misnumbered 90-91. The correction slip on p. 80 of the second part contains the revised list of 22 parishes of Guadeloupe. Front board is detached; rear board nearly so. Six raised bands. Wear to all edges; loss to tail of spine but nonetheless a good restorable copy. Several tape residues to plates near gutters, as well as image transfers at folds (see images). Some lower, circa 1 inch, folds separated. Modest bookplate to front pastedown, but otherwise a clean copy with no previous owners' names or other defacements.
