About This Item

Johnson, Fry & Co., 1862. Hardcover. Very Good. Two volumes 4to, full blind-tooled morocco gilt, raised bands, all edges gilt. Both front hinges are cracked but the bindings are firm, light rubbing at the corners and spine ends, slightly larger scrape at the top of the front gutter of Vol. I. A few of the portraits have a bit of light foxing in the margins; none of the images are flawed.
