London: John Lane, The Bodley Head, 1912. Hardcover. Octavo, xiii, 403 pages. In Good minus condition. Spine is brown with black print. Boards in brown cloth with black print. Wear to spine caps and corners, toning to spine, peripheral toning, small stain on rear. Text block has brown tinted top edge, deckle edges. US Army stamp on top edge, cracked rear hinge, light foxing to front endpapers, light age-toning to paper. Illustrated: 4 folded b&w maps at rear.
