Anderson, 1969; 1974 printing; 414 p., clean and unmarked anywhere on strong paper only faintly age-toned; binding tight; red boards with gilt lettering have minimal wear, thanks to blue white, and red pictorial d.j. that has suffered open tears at crown of spine panel, and chipping along edges while valiantly protecting the volume below.
