Nannine. Handwritten (on typed forms), approx 80 pages, loosely attached with wire. Small closed tears and chips to outer edges, occasional mark, good condn. Admission forms for Nannine District Hospital. Nannine was a busy goldfields town in the 1890s; by 1909 it had begun its decline and it is now a ghost town. The forms show dates, names, ages, marital status, birthplace, residence, occupation, religion, etc. (The hospital is shown in a photo in "Nannine by the Lake" by P.R. Heydon.)
