Pages are moderately tanned with visible foxing throughout. Cracks to hinges, exposing netting. Cracks to guttering, causing pages to become loose. Illustrations are moderately tanned with some foxing. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Thumb-marking with brown stains present throughout. Boards have visible edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Black marks to all surfaces. Book is bowed and forward leaning.
