Garden City: Doubleday & Company, 1960. First Edition. First printing Fine in gray linen covered boards with gilt and blue text on the spine and front board & a 1/3" stain on the fore edge. In a very good+ dust jacket with a long 2" closed tear on the front panel, an 1/8" chip at the upper corner of the spine area and a 2" closed tear with related creases on the rear panel. With illustrations by Francis Lee Jaques.
