Illustrator: Various. 288 pp., one full-page map, with eight facsimiles, and a double page foldout map; appendices -- Oliver de Lancey's journal of the Pennsylvania mutiny; note on the after-mutiny at York, acknowledgement and sources, index. Illustrated dust jacket. Top edge of pages tinted red, light browning to the other two edges, some loss of colour on the cloth at the top of the book. Previous owner's name on front end page. The dust jacket is very rubbed, and has a large number of small chips, and has been repaired badly. . Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Illustrator: Various.
