This is a very large hardcover with red boards and cream spine, gold lettering and design on spine and front cover, 48 full-page color plates, 122pp, copyright 1888 print date 1921. CONDITION: Cover has slight wear on edges, very lightly soiled by use, 3" tear in front edge of spine, 1" tear in upper rear edge of spine; endpapers split at hinge but covers securely held by cloth mesh; text as new except plate 33 is creased and 4" tear, plate 34 has 1" tear and is loose from binding, plate 35 is loosening; no marks or writing.
