A very good(+) copy in a very good(-) dust wrapper.<br/><br/> Inscribed to Hortense Calisher on the front free endpaper: "for Hortense and Curtis with love serene....from Ned in April 1969." Below the inscription, Rorem has drawn a line across the page and written a bonus note: "See you on Thursday May 8th after 9:30 at this new address 18 West 70th which is walking distance from you through the nice park."<br/><br/>
