About This Item

Harper & Row, 1962. Hardcover. Very Good. 0.4000 in x 8.0000 in x 7.1000 in. A Caldecott Honor Book. Inscribed by the author on the dedication page (""And to Ted with love --Charlotte""). Matte pictorial boards, full-color pictures by Maurice Sendak. Spine ends and corners slightly rubbed, minor evidence of label removal from front free endpaper, else a beautifully clean copy. The jacket is price-clipped unfortunately, but except for minute wear at spine ends and corners, it is pristine (in mylar now).
