US: Cherokee Pub, 1982. Hardcover. Very Good +/Very Good +. Beautiful forest-green cloth over boards with gilt particulars to spine and front board. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block has some light scattered foxing. Boards are clean and bright with light bumping to corners. Dust jacket is bright with one spot of soiling to lower edge of front cover; closed tears to edges; light creasing to ends of spine. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
