About This Item
New York: Parents Magazine Press, 1962. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. The interior of the book is clean and tight, showing a few signs of light previous wear. The pictorial covers are fresh, again showing just a bit of light wear to edges and corners. The dust jacket is not price-clipped, and is also in Very Good condition. It shows light edgewear. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover, and looks very attractive. Synopsis: "A mouse and a lion change sizes, with predictable and funny results. In a schoolyard, children run in terror from the mouse, and want to pick up the lion and wheel him around in a doll carriage. In a museum, both are mistaken for exhibits. This is published as part of the "Reading Readiness" series to help pre-readers and beginning readers.
