London: George Redway, 1886. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. MacKaness. 1887 FIRST EDITION inscribed and SIGNED by the author on the title page. Original maroon cloth, gilt decoration front, gilt border front, gilt lettering spine, original brown coated EPs. The covers have a few light marks, the spine has fading and dulling, minor foxing on the short-title page otherwise no foxing, solid binding, no previous owner marks or writing on any pages (other than author's signed inscription). The book measures 143mm tall x 128mm and has 307 pages, 4 b/w etchings. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
