Covers are faded some around edges, and spine is faded. Lettering on spine has partly worn off. Corners of covers are worn and the cloth is tearing. Top end of spine is missing a piece. Some pages have foxing or spotting. Some pages are uncut. Book is in fair condition. 124 pages, .4 lbs.; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 124 pages; Signed by Author .
