USA: Kalmbach Publishing Company, 1975. Clean dark purple cloth on boards with gilt titles over black label. Thin rubbing to head & foot of spine. Edges: few only light foxings and smudges. Eps: coloured artwork by Walter Greene & Grif Teller. Copyright page & refp page with light foxings. Nice clean glossy contents. Comprehensive b/w illustrations. Binding is VG+. 512p Dj: very faint couple of spots to rear jacket otherwise a clean jacket. Spine: head & foot with thin wear, small tears and chips; 6cm split to spines bottom frontside edge. Head & foot of flaps spines with small wear and chips. Heavy book: 295 x 220 mm / 2kgs. First Edition. Hb. VG/VG.
