New York: Doubleday, 1988. Later printing. Hardback. Very Good/near Very Good. 3rd printing. 8vo. Pp 283 illustrated with b&w photographs throughout + 16pp and one 8pp foldout colour photographs. Quarter bound in black cloth stamped in gilt on the spine with sides of red paper on boards. A clean, unmarked copy in a tight binding and unclipped dust jacket. The dust jacket has some loss to top edge of front panel close to the spine.
Synopsis
