Jan 01, 1942. hardcover. Good. Good + blue cloth in no DJ First edition, first printing, first state. Hardcover, no dust jacket, 8vo, silver lettering bright on spine, minor rubbing to corners. NY Viking Press, 1942. 1st edition 1st state with period between "talk" & "this" on p. 112. Blue stamped cloth boards clean with only brief edgewear, spine good. Some smudging to endpapers, previous owner"s signature on ffep. The binding is tight and the internals are clean.
