Boston: Houghton Mifflin Co., 1900 This possible FIRST EDITION, hard cover, is in NEAR FINE CONDITION. 368 pages bound in 3/4 leather with marbled paper, gilt lettering and raised bands on spine. End papers are also marbled, with top page edges gilt. Book has light edge rubbing, with a few pages uncut. Map frontis has tissue guard, with numerous maps throughout the book, some with color, designating troop locations. BINDING AND HINGES STRONG AND TIGHT. CLEAN THROUGHOUT.
