Small chip upper right corner front cover. Old ink name top of the front cover. Interior contents clean and lightly toned. The first article is 12 pages and concerns the "Mission Among the Cherokees." Article was continued from page 380 volume XVII. This report of the Cherokee Mission by the 'Prudential Committee" covers more than one station and mentions information on the Choctaws and Osage tribes. The article is part of a series to be continued in another issue. Contents also cover information on the Tennessee Brainerd Mission for the Cherokees (pages 13-16). The Bombay and Palestine Missions reports are also included. An advertisement and list of Missionary Herald Agents are printed on the rear cover.
