1855 three quarter bound hardcover as pictured. This is volume two only of a four volume set of the writings from the well-known Anglo-Irish novelist, playwright, dramatist and poet noted for his novel The Vicar Of Wakefield. A handsome volume that has seen considerable use but remains very presentable. Ex-library with typical markings. Binding is intact. Brown leather and marbled paper boards are rubbed and scuffed. Spine with raised bands has clear tape at bottom. Paste on label is partially lost. Front hinge cracked at half title. Rear hinge cracked. Marbled endpapers and edge of text block. Text is lightly tanned. No dust jacket. Price reflects condition. Your purchase helps support our small villge library. s OA4
