Tan cloth with spine lettered in red. 93 pp. Stories and sketches, here collected for the first time, from William Faulkner's six months as a writer for the New Orleans Times-Picayune in 1925. The earliest works of the writer who would go on to become one of the giants of American writers and a Nobel Prize winner. Fine in near fine dust jacket with a bit of toning to the spine and a touch of wear at the head of the spine.
