Minneapolis: Faulkner Studies, 1953. Limited ed. Hardcover. fine/near fine. One of 1000 numbered copies (of which this is No. 7). Tan cloth with spine lettered in red. 93 pp. Stories and sketches, here collected for the first time, from William Faulkner's six months as a writer for the New Orleans Times-Picayune in 1925. The earliest works of the writer who would go on to become one of the giants of American writers and a Nobel Prize winner. Fine in near fine dust jacket with a bit of toning to the spine and a touch of wear at the head of the spine.
