About This Item
1852 Edition of the Poetical Woks of John Milton. No DJ, probably as issued. Boards are dark brown with gilt lettering and a gilt dulcimer on the front cover. The boards are in very good condition. Very minor wear above and below the spine and at the ends. There is a short inscription on the front end page dated June 1852. This is very likely a First Edition. Pages are clean, not torn and the corners are not bent. Spine is tight. Nonsmoking. This book was carefully passed down from Grandfather to Grandson, who donated it to our local library, who will receive the proceeds from the sale.
